NEED ECOMMERCE MOBILE APP IN REACT NATIVE AND LARAVEL FOR SUPERMARKET -- 2

I am looking for a full stack mobile develop and designer on a eCommerce mobile app in React Native frontend and backend webpanel and website by using Laravel for a supermarket. Developer need to build IOS and Android mobile app. We are looking for the app to have an online store feature, with the capability of accepting debit/credit card payments, order tracking, GPS, order notification. Developer need to do mobile app that have multi language in English/Thai/Vietnam. Developer will need to create figma design and wireframe to make sure that the customer is agree to it. The app will be similar to bigbasket. Please look on the document attachment. Its every important that on the backend admin it need to be able to SEO each product. It also need to integrated call the image and video from Amazon storage server to our server to avoid heavy. Developer will need to upload to Apple store and Google Store and make it public.
