User drags the pointer to the specified text and it will translate the text and show up on the screen
The specified text can be any app or browser or messaging app or any text appearing on the screen.
Keyboard
When the user enables keyboard access, the translate option should be visible.
As user types the text should translate to the preferred language chosen in the settings.
Also users should be able to change the translation language on the fly.
Users should be able to use (send in app/ messaging, enter into text field in browser) the translated text .
