Multi-Tenant Power App Specification

I'm looking for a detailed specification for a multi-tenant Power App catered towards businesses. The app should have separate Dataverse and SharePoint folders for each tenant, and should be designed with the following features:
- User Management: Each tenant should have their own user management system, allowing them to manage their own users within the app.
The application should also have a dual-role system for users:
- Admin and User Roles: Users should be categorized into Admin and User roles, with Admins having elevated access and control over their respective tenant's settings and users.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint, as well as a solid understanding of user management systems and multi-tenant architecture. Please include examples of similar projects you've worked on in your proposal.
