Project Title:
Full-Service Development of Smart Property Management App (MVP)

Project Summary:
We are looking for a full-service freelance developer or small team to design, develop, and deliver a complete, fully working mobile/web app (MVP) for private homeowners, summer house owners, and short-term rental hosts (e.g. Airbnb).

The purpose of the app is to help users manage and maintain their properties through a clean, mobile-first interface. The project includes everything from UX/UI design to development, backend, authentication, and deployment.

Scope of work includes:

UX/UI design (Figma or similar)

Frontend and backend development

Secure user authentication (email or phone number verification)

Hosting and deployment

Admin dashboard or backend access

App Store / Play Store readiness (if native app)

Core MVP Features:

1. User Management:

Registration and login via email or phone

Role-based profiles (owner, co-owner, guest)

User profile with name, photo, and home-related information

2. Property Dashboard:

Each user can manage one or more properties under the same account

Ability to switch between properties easily

Upload and manage documents (e.g. receipts, warranties, plans)

Upload and manage images and notes per property

Organize files into folders or categories (e.g. “Kvitton”, “Planritningar”)

3. Maintenance & Tasks:

Custom reminders (e.g. chimney sweep, HVAC check)

Seasonal checklist templates (e.g. “Autumn Maintenance”)

Task log/history (what was done, when, and by whom)

4. Notifications:

Email and/or push notifications for upcoming tasks or expiring documents

5. Search & Filter:

Search through uploaded documents, tasks, and notes

Filter content by property or category

6. Export Functionality:

Optional export of maintenance history or property log as PDF or CSV

7. Admin Panel / Dashboard:

Simple admin interface for reviewing user accounts and data

Ability to manage support tickets or incoming service requests (optional)

8. Cross-Platform Access:

Fully responsive interface usable on both mobile and desktop

Web version (PWA or responsive web app) is required in MVP

9. Privacy & Compliance:

GDPR-compliant data storage and structure

Secure backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar)

Users must be able to export or request deletion of their data

Tech Stack:
We are open to your recommendations. Suggestions include:

Flutter, React Native, Bubble, or Glide for frontend

Firebase or Supabase for backend and auth

Stripe or RevenueCat for potential future Pro features

Future expansion (not part of MVP, but plan for):

Subscription/paywall features

AI-powered document tagging (e.g. detect warranty dates)

Marketplace for service providers (e.g. cleaning, repairs)

Role-based messaging or chat
