I am looking for a developer to create a Movies App that can be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.

Features:
- Movie recommendations: The app should provide users with personalized movie recommendations based on their preferences and viewing history.
- Search function: Users should be able to search for movies by title, genre, or actor/actress.
- User reviews and ratings: Users should be able to read and write reviews for movies and also rate them.

Preferred source for movie information: IMDb
