Modern Smart Home App Design

I need a completely new design for a mobile application that interfaces with smart heaters and other smart home devices.

The app should allow users to:
- Allow user to add a heater or any other smart device to the app
- Display the current temperature if the app is connected to a smart heater
- Set a temperature mode which can either be target (specific temperature that the user would like the heater temperature to be) or comfort (temperature range that the user would like the heater temperature to not exceed or go below)
- Detect human presence to switch devices on/off automatically, if smart heater
- Implement childlock features so that the manual buttons or rotary encoder on the heater cannot be manually adjusted.
- Allow for an OTA to be downloaded to the mobile device and then pushed to the smart device. This process should be tracked on the app
- Show status of bluetooth connection to smart device
- Allow users to sign up or login to smart app

The design should be modern, intuitive, and user-friendly.
