Moble app developer is needed

I am looking for a mobile app developer who can create an app for both iOS and Android platforms. The main purpose of the app is to help high school students to konnw theselves (by a test) and explore colleges and majors information. I have a detailed list of specific features and functionalities that I want to be included in the app. Please check the attachement (Excel file)
