Mobile and web PWA APP for Marketplace to buy and sell anything secondhand

I am looking for a developer to create a mobile and web Progressive Web App (PWA) for a marketplace where users can buy and sell secondhand items. The app should be developed for both iOS and Android platforms.
Key functionalities that I want the app to have include:
- User profile creation: Users should be able to create their own profiles to showcase their items for sale and contact information.
- Product listing: Users should be able to easily list their secondhand items for sale, including uploading photos and providing descriptions.
