Mobile iOS App Cloning from GitHub Repositories

I'm looking for a developer to replicate an open-source mobile app from a GitHub repositories into a new app for iOS. The new app will keep the open-source licence, so it will not violate intellectual property rights.
Key Requirements:
- The app needs to be an exact replica of the original, with only a name and icon change.
- The existing instructions for setting up the dev environment and publishing the app need to be followed.
- iOS (Swift) repository will be provided.
You will not be required to implement any additional customization beyond the name and icon change. Existing metadata from the original app can be used for the app store listings.
