Mobile app modification

I have a mobile app with source code available , React native with firebase for back end and notification . I want to decrease the cost of using firebase so I want to store the uploaded photos and videos on host or cloud to decrease the cost .photos and videos are uploaded from user just for clarification so we are not using much storage . Also Stripe payment needs to be checked as suddenly it is not working, may be from my stripe account sitting. Publish app in both stores through my developer account and give me the source code .
