Mobile app for reels -- 2

I am looking to develop a mobile app that combines video and audio experiences into “reels”. The app will be developed on a hybrid platform, and it requires custom sign-in. Content within the app must be able to handle both video and audio experiences, such as music videos or podcasts. Integration of a third-party provider may be necessary. I am looking for an experienced developer who has knowledge developing this type of app and who can offer suggestions and insight as to how to make my desired mobile app experience a reality.
