I am looking for a skilled Ionic 6, capacitor, Firebase Cloud Messaging API and PHP to complete the iOS code for push notifications based on existing code, ensuring compatibility with the finished code for Android.

What do you need to do?
1a. Complete the iOS code for push notifications based on existing code, ensuring compatibility with the finished code for Android.
1b. Provide the PHP code capable of sending background notifications (data notifications) and text notifications to iOS devices using stored tokens.
1c. Provide the necessary steps to be taken in the Firebase console.
Please note that I already have a design for the app, so the developer will need to work with the existing design to bring it to life.
