Mobile app to display WiFi list

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create an app that displays a list of WiFi networks. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android operating systems. I would like the app to display additional information about the WiFi networks, such as SSID signal strength and security type. As for the design and layout, I am open to suggestions.
