Mobile app development of a beautiful TV Shows/Movie tracker (IONIC or Swift/Kotlin)

I am looking for RELIABLE and SELF-DRIVEN developer/developers with PIXEL-PERFECT EYE to develop a mobile app that will run on iOS and Android.
The tech stack is on mutual agreement (budget).
Either native (Swift/Kotlin) or hybrid development (I prefer IONIC).
Short summary:
The app is used to track series and movies. The app notifies the user about the next premiere episodes of his favorite series via push notifications.
He can monitor which episodes he has already watched and which ones he hasn't.
The app uses various APIs to display content (information, images).
The user can create a user account that is connected to the Firebase database and saves all changes within the account (saved series, watched episodes, added movies, etc.).
The application works in freemium mode. The basic version is free and contains ads. Alternatively, the user can pay for a monthly/yearly premium account and continue without ads and without restrictions.

In-app payments
Design:
The design is completely ready in figma, also with detailed notes and interactions.
Pixel-perfect design in code is a must. I prefer someone who also cares about this and can improve the final experience by implementing small animations.
