Mobile Surveillance Development

I'm looking for a developer to create a discreet spyware for Samsung mobiles running on Android. This spyware is intended to monitor the device's activities without the user's knowledge and the purpose is for parental control and/or employee surveillance.

Key Features:
- Track their precise Geo-location
- Capable of reading text messages and accessing photos on the device
- Ability to activate the microphone and camera remotely
- If possible, multiple devices can be tracked/monitored

Consent and Notification:
I do not intend to inform the users of the mobile device about the installation of this application. The application should be sent to the target device under the disguise of a Youtube training video.
