## Project Overview

We are looking to develop a complete **EMI Locker & Device Management Platform** for mobile retailers who sell smartphones on EMI.

The platform will allow retailers to sell mobile phones through EMI plans and manage customer devices. If a customer fails to make EMI payments, the retailer should be able to remotely restrict, lock, and manage the customer's device based on predefined rules.

The system will include:

1. **Customer Device Locker App (Android)**
2. **Retailer Dashboard (Web/Mobile Panel)**
3. **Super Admin Panel**
4. **Backend API & Database**
5. **License Key Management System**

The solution should be secure, scalable, and designed to support thousands of retailers and customer devices.

# System Workflow

The complete relationship flow will be:

**Super Admin → Retailer → License Key → Customer → Device → EMI Plan → Payment Tracking → Lock/Unlock Management**

Example:

1. Admin creates license keys.
2. Admin assigns keys to retailers.
3. Retailer sells a phone on EMI.
4. Retailer activates the EMI Locker app on the customer's device using a license key.
5. The license key becomes permanently linked to that device.
6. Retailer manages EMI payments through the dashboard.
7. If payments are overdue, the retailer can send lock commands or apply automatic restrictions.

# 1. Customer EMI Locker Mobile App

## Purpose

This application will be installed on the customer's smartphone purchased through EMI.

The app will communicate with the backend and allow authorized retailers to manage the device according to EMI payment status.
