Mobile RAG App Development for iOS and Android

We are seeking an experienced mobile app developer to create a Resource Allocation and Guidance (RAG) application compatible with both iOS and modern Android devices. The app will allow users to input product information and provide essential support features. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app development and user experience design. The App must be able to be taught new material and replace old outdated material that comprises admin and user guides, spreadsheets and other operational guides for multiple products.
The intention is that the mobile App will have access controls that our customers are provided credentials for through a subscription that can also be rescinded at any point to allow our customers to ask questions, book training courses for remote and on site training.
