Mobile Application

There are apps like this that already exist. I want to make basically the same thing maybe a reskin. I want to build a mobile application that will basically create a log for a truck driver. ELD. It would connect to a Bluetooth device that’s connected to the vehicle and create log. Here is an app that does exactly what I want that I already use ?. And also the Bluetooth device I use.
