Mobile App for Disaster Recovery Data Collection

I'm seeking a mobile application developer to create an app for collecting homeowner contact data for disaster recovery assistance. This data will log into a FileMaker Pro database hosted on a FileMaker Cloud Server, which will return a list of verified contractors in the local area.

This project is paired with a simular webpage development posted on this site. Prefer one vendor to complete both projects.

Requirements:
- Collect the following information:
- Contact details: Name, email, phone, and address
- Username and password for FMP database access
- User authentication required: Should include a login form
- Design will be provided by BuildSOS as a style sheet

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Mobile Application Development
- Proficient in Claris FileMaker Pro and Claris Cloud Server
- Knowledge of database integration and user authentication
- Ability to implement provided design stylesheets
