Mobile App facelift and convert from Xamarin to MAUI

I have a mobile application built on Xamarin, I need to:
1- update the design
2- correct a few bugs
3- add 2 small features
The work must be completed within 3 weeks max, I need the project code to be readable and running perfectly on my machine by the end of the project. The milestones for payments will be as follows:
