Mobile App + Web App in Flutter / Ionic

Dear Developers, I am searching a team who can create a simple hybrid app for me (ios, android, web app). The goal of the app is to select a product and view for each product a multiple video guide or text guides.

In short we need:
Usersystem with Registration and Login
Loading Screen with Logo
Startpage with Product Grid and Search bar
Product Profile with details and gallery
Categories for Products
Assign Products to Brands
Create a new Guide and assign it to one or multiple products
Admin Panel to manage the settings in the app
