This app will be used by Marketing Executives, Supervisors, and Managers to track performance, submit reports, review data, and generate performance summaries. The app will utilize Firebase for user authentication, real-time database management, and push notifications.
Features to Include:
User Authentication:
Firebase Authentication for role-based login (Marketing Executives, Supervisors, and Managers).
Dashboard for Each Role:
Personalized dashboards for each role with relevant data and functionality.
Marketing Executives will submit daily reports, view past reports, and manage personal information.
Supervisors will review Marketing Executives' reports, compile summaries, and track team performance.
Managers will review all reports and summaries, generate final performance reports, and access analytics.
Data Management:
Collect user data for Marketing Executives (Name, Phone Number, Address, Subscription Status).
Supervisors and Managers will also collect similar data for their teams and handle performance data.
Real-Time Notifications:
Push notifications to remind Marketing Executives to submit reports, Supervisors to compile summaries, and Managers to review data.
Database:
Firebase Firestore will store and sync reports and summaries in real time.
Reports will include data on tasks completed, goals achieved, issues faced, and supervisor comments.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and view daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
Supervisors and Managers can provide feedback and analyze performance.
Required Skills:
Android Development using Kotlin.
Firebase Integration (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging).
Experience in building role-based apps.
Ability to follow clean architecture (MVVM preferred).
Push Notifications setup (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
UI/UX design for Android (with focus on user-friendly interfaces).
