Mobile App Development: Photo Deletion for Tradesmen Using Image Recognition and User Preferences -- 2

I need a hybrid mobile app (iOS + Android) that can quickly delete work photos from a tradesperson’s phone using on-device image recognition. The user will select up to 50 example photos each time, and the app will scan the phone’s gallery to find similar images. It then shows all flagged photos, allowing the user to either delete all or manually unselect any they want to keep.

The app must run entirely on the device — no backend, no database, no login, no cloud services. All processing happens locally. The interface should be simple, with one main button: Scan.
