We're looking for a Flutter / React Native developer to build our mobile app.

Experience
1-3 years of experience in React Native or Flutter, Python, PHP-based technologies, and REST APIs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-performance and scalable web and mobile application using React Native or Flutter, Python, and PHP-based technologies
- Work closely with the product and design team to understand and implement user requirements
- Have a knack for data and use analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Continuously improve the application by identifying and fixing bugs and implementing new features
- Work in an early-stage startup environment and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Take accountability and ownership of the product along with other team mates
- Train and mentor subordinates / interns to help build a strong team
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in React Native or Flutter, Python, and PHP-based technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with building ERP, accounting or lead management tools is a plus
- Experience working in a SaaS based startup is a plus
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment and have an Agile, hard-working, and analytical mindset
