Mobile App (Android & iOS) + Web CMS for Online Store (Arabic & English, RTL Support)

I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to build a complete e-commerce solution consisting of:

Mobile applications for Android and iOS

A web-based CMS/admin panel

Full support for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces

The solution may be built using a ready-made e-commerce platform or plugins (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, Joomla-based solutions, or equivalent), or custom-built if justified. The proposed approach must meet the functional and technical requirements below.


Core Features & Requirements
1. Mobile Applications (Android & iOS)

Online store with clean, modern UI/UX

Product listing with:

Multiple images

Name, description, and price

Categories

Product search and filtering

Shopping cart and checkout

Payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Credit card payment via Stripe

Order placement and order status tracking

Customer address and location selection (map-based / GPS)

Push notifications:

Order confirmation and updates

Promotional or informational messages

Full Arabic (RTL) and English language support

2. Admin Panel / Web CMS

Secure admin authentication

Product management:

Add/edit/delete products

Upload and manage images

Pricing and descriptions

Inventory and stock management

Order management:

View orders

Customer details and delivery location

Update order statuses

Payment tracking (COD and Stripe orders)

Language/content management (Arabic & English)

Basic reporting (orders, sales, inventory)

Role-based access (preferred, not mandatory)

3. Push Notifications (Firebase)

Integration with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

Ability for admins to:

Send custom push notifications manually from the CMS

Target all users or selected user segments (if feasible)

Support for notification titles, body text, and deep links (preferred)

4. Technical & Platform Expectations

Clear recommendation of:

Platform / framework (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce, custom, etc.)

Mobile app approach (native, Flutter, React Native, etc.)

Scalable and maintainable architecture

Secure implementation (especially payments)

Proper documentation and clean handover

5. App Store & Play Store

Full responsibility for:

Building and configuring apps

Submission to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Managing certificates, store assets, and metadata

Addressing issues raised during app review until approval

6. Support & Maintenance

1 year of support and maintenance, including:

Bug fixes

Minor enhancements

OS and store compliance updates

Clear definition of what is included vs. excluded from support

Deployment and setup documentation
