We are seeking testers with visual or hearing impairments to evaluate the accessibility features of our MySecondLine App. This test aims to ensure that the app is fully accessible for individuals using screen readers, Bluetooth hearing aids, real-time captioning, and other assistive technologies.
Testing Requirements:
Test Subjects: Individuals with visual or hearing impairments who use assistive tools (screen readers, hearing aids, etc.).
Test Content:
Bluetooth Hearing Aid Connectivity: Test audio streaming quality via Bluetooth hearing aids.
Real-Time Captioning: Test captioning accuracy during calls and messages.
Message Accessibility: Verify the clarity of text-based communication, including captions for voice messages.
Functionality Testing: Test core app functions (sending messages, making calls, etc.) with accessibility features enabled.
Emergency Situation Testing: Simulate emergency calls/messages and evaluate response accessibility.
Test Devices:
Use your own mobile device with the latest Android or iOS version, and assistive tools installed (TalkBack, VoiceOver, etc.).
Deliverables:
Detailed test summary, including:
Personal info (name, contact details, nature of impairment).
Evaluation of accessibility features (strengths/weaknesses).
Documented test steps, issues encountered, and suggestions.
Summary should be 1-2 pages in Word/PDF format and include your signature.
