Message alert app creation for image based fall detection

I have completed the code for processing the image
I need two things to be completed:
1. In my code i use a pretrained model and used images for training and predicting .For test i used mp4 videos. The model processed the video and it gives the output in backend .I dont get the output as images /videos, (output img uploaded)
I want to get the output as image
2.I want to create a MSG alert app by detecting the posture of the person and report if the person fall down i.e when the output is as 'fall detected'.
3.i need a report for the above said problems
