Membership short video app

I need an app developed where users have a free and paid section. The free videos will be displayed onnthe app just like tiktok where people will scroll through videos and can like and follow others. The app will have a paid function of a recurring monthly payment which allows you to access paid content from all members. From admin it pays the creators a % of rev share based on their activity and interactions. On free accouns it will have a banner on the bottom telling them to upgrade to view all ckntent etc. Will be a few full screen ads incorporated also just like tiktok. Finally i would need a referral program where free and paid members can refer others and receive 5% kf rev share altbough paid nembers receive dkuble thebrev share amount than free members. As admin i shoukd be able to filter and delete/ban inappropriate content. Need for apple and Android
