Mattermost and Focalboard Customization

I'm seeking an experienced developer to customize Mattermost and Focalboard with our branding and set them up on our AWS account.

Key Tasks:
- Customize web and app versions with our logo and primary colors (design guidelines provided)
- Configure to work on our AWS account with S3 integration (advanced security settings required)
- Set up and upload to Apple Store and Google Play

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Mattermost and Focalboard
- Strong AWS skills, especially in security
- Prior app deployment on Apple and Google platforms
- Portfolio showcasing similar projects is a must
