IMPORANT:
We have an exisiting app and ARE NOT LOOKING for someone with generic skills to help us. We need an expert developer and engineer who has strong skills and expereince with these specific elements:
MUST HAVE:
- Strong React Native knowledge
- Examples of mobile apps you built using MapBox API
- Understanding of how to create an app that tracks users location and plays audio files when user reaches specific coordinates on a map
- Have strong understanding of how to integrate the MapBox API for offline use so a user can listen to a GPS based tour without being connected to data or internet
- Be able to define their own suggested architecture to have the necessary functionality operate smoothly
About Project:
We have an audio tour app that takes a users location and automatically plays audio files when a user visits specific coordinates specified by the app team. We are not satisfied with our current architecture and are looking for engineers or app developers who can take our exisiting code base and re structure it. Our key areas that need to be fixed are having a very reliable location tracking mechanism to relay the devices live location data. A very efficient architecture of reliably triggering an audio event when a user visits specific coordinates.
