Make an app similar to existing - Make adjustments for new idea

EXISTING:
· Nothing: You will build all as a copy of the current project (not mine): https://www.collx.app/

DELIVERABLES:
· Fully functioning:
- Prod/Dev Web app (including admin portals)
- iPhone mobile app
- Android mobile app
· App Designs based on existing website
· APIs, App testing and QA prior to and post deployments
· Designs, implementation, including any necessary coding.
· Implementation of payment gateways.(Stripe, PayPal, Zelle)
· customer complaints and auto-refunds
· DB creation, with dynamic input
· Image scanning to search DB
· Inventory (favorite, share, value)
AND MORE...

YOU WILL NEED TO:
1. Fill the NDA out completely, sign and return it as a PDF file. The NDA is in the project files attached to this project.
2. Provide a bid cost WITHIN THE POSTED RANGE for the full project through 100% completion and 100% satisfaction.
3. Provide a full completion time estimate, UNDER 90 DAYS for the full project through 100% completion and 100% satisfaction.
4. Initial development done on your server. WEEKLY, Code drops (backup files and you will upload to my server) are REQUIRED WEEKLY (every 7 days), so be prepared to share.
5. Regular communication with the entire team is required!
6. Respond with your daily availability in U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
7. Provide ANY days that you are taking as a holiday between today and 12/31/2023.

STATUS:
· Nothing is started, neither the Web, Android nor the iPhone apps are started.

PROJECT TERMS:
