Maintenance App with OCR capability
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 CAD
The app aims to help average consumers to manage the maintenance associated with their homes, cars, pets, and/or recreational vehicles. This app is to have an easy-to-use interface that would enable users to capture receipts, log, and schedule maintenance. The app is to be limited to mobile phones only and to one platform only for now although that is open for discussion. In the future the support may be extended to Tablet and Desktop platforms.
In a nutshell, users must be able to add one or more maintenance logbooks, be able to enter maintenance records, and schedule maintenance. The app then shall provide users with insights on how much they have spent on their maintenance per the asset they are managing.
Looking for someone proficient in:
1. PostgreSQL and Cloud Services such AWS.
2. Optical Character Recognition technologies.
3. Native app development for iOS and/or Android.
4. Must be to re-create specified user experience to pixel perfection, or as close as possible.
A detailed spec. and mockups will be provided. Meanwhile please look at the few samples of the UI expected to re-produce. In your response, please provide sample of your work, references, and describe how would you approach this type of project.
