Maintain Update Uber like app -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to maintain and update an Uber-like app. The features and functionalities I want to maintain and update are user registration and login, driver tracking and navigation, and payment processing. Ideally, the update would be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The timeline for the completion of this project is within a month.
