Magento 2.0 and Flutter Expert Required

We have a staging server where custom plugin is already developed and mobile application is integrated as well. But the developer ran away with the flutter code. So we have to redevelop the flutter application from scratch. I have the APK with me which you can refer and develop the mobile application.
