MSEDCL Solar Power Data Integration

I need to import power readings from an MSEDCL bi-directional meter and a solar generation meter. Ideally, this should be achieved via an Android phone, but using a Raspberry Pi is also an option if necessary. The solution should seamlessly capture and integrate the data for analysis or display purposes.

Please propose a detailed plan outlining how you would accomplish this and any technologies or tools you recommend. I’m open to robust and practical solutions, and there’s no strict deadline for this project.
