MOBILE APPS: Travel Log video maker powered by AI

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

Same features with Google photos and IOS' Memories. That automatically create video from picture in gallery. But my apps only make video from selected pic by user. It was undergraduate final year project. So just basic prototype is enough. I need someone to teach me, not doing it for me.
