Loyalty app development

We are looking for an experienced developer to create a loyalty app that implements a points-based loyalty program. We need to generate QR code for different payment counter. User should be able to scan the QR code and make payment by card or wallet. More details to be discussed with shortlisted applicants.

Requirements:
- Develop a mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms
- The app needs to be able to start from scratch as there are no existing platforms or systems to integrate with
- Users should be able to earn points for their purchases and redeem them for rewards
- The app should have a user-friendly interface and be visually appealing
- The loyalty program should be easy to manage and track customer activity
