Looking for back-end developer for application

Hi. I am looking for who can build great back-end programming with admin panel for application. There is android developer and I will need your help for process to build complete app.

The application is for 'exercising' and we will need in-app payment / admob etc. I hope to find a developer who can manage coding as good quality and clean.
