Looking for Freelancer with Google Play Console for App Publishing

For my project, I am looking for a responsible freelancer with a google play console for publishing on which the freelancer would like to earn money - working with my application (publishing, updates, hosting). the freelancer needs to have his own console and we will publish using his console .
it need be a open testing or organizational console (not with 14 days of closed testing).
if it's even a personal one, we need it to be open testing one. We will pay per app publish and updates.
