1. Full operational code will be 100% owned by MY COMPANY without licensing issues in the event of migration or repackaging of the app as needed i dont want to have to ask you for permission to use my code or any of its dependencies.. And lead generation apps have all rights and access to fully customize the app as needed.
2. Non Compete Non Disclosure Policy states that Co Developer is the only outside party with knowledge of the project files and information which is agreed not to disclose any details about this application development before or after the final logo and title is named with any other party aside from Co Developer. Any disclosure of the following automatically results in a breach of contract. So please do not disclose this development with anyone.
Project testflight will be live within 10 days of initial payment
3. The full Application should be Accessible NATIVELY from the mobile app with or without webview or non responsive pages as in popo. Live app

5. The payment gateways will be configured and tested to work with payoneer massive payouts and stripe split pay for host commissions when assets like diamonds or memberships are bought which uses apple pay google pay ect. which already works with stripe natively.
