Live Streaming Feature Implementation In React Native App By Using Expo and EAS Build

Job ID: 36320148

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I have a social media app that I have developed using react native, expo and EAS. It's available only on Android devices.

I want my users to be able to stream their videos using their cameras to the Ant Media Server Community Edition instance that I have set up on my compute engine. This is the part I need your help with. I tried using Ant Media Server's react-native SDK, but for some reason, I cannot get it to work. I tried using react-native-webrtc. But somehow, I am still not able to get it to work. As I am using EAS build service, I have added react-native-webrtc as a plugin, and that is fine.

I am not bothered right now about how other users can consume it. I would ideally construct the HLS URL from the ant media server and serve it to the users using firestore. I can do this part myself. I need your help in setting up the publisher side of things as described in the previous paragraphs. I can share the ant media server details in chat if you accept the work.

I want just a basic working prototype of the flow. Nothing fancy. I must work with my existing workflow as I don't want to eject from expo and comfortable with EAS build services.

Thanks
