Lighting Audit iPad Program/App -- 2

I am looking to have an iPad program/app created to conduct both indoor and outdoor lighting audits. This app will primarily utilize manual inputs from users, who will input their data manually into the app. The app must be created for iOS and include features allowing for the insertion of data, as well as provide useful data analysis tools that the user can use.
