Launch .NET Podcasts for New Startup

I'm starting a new enterprise that focuses on delivering podcasts based on the .NET framework. I'm seeking skilled freelancers who can set up and configure all the necessary technical aspects of it.
Key requirements involve:
- Setting up podcast recording, editing, and publishing, utilizing your deep technical knowledge.
- Having a solid understanding of .NET as all our content will revolve around this framework.
- I plan to release at least three episodes per week so, efficiency and reliability are key.
Your tasks won't involve any audience interaction as my aim is to focus primarily on one-way information sharing.
Ideal freelancers should have:
- Strong technical skills in .NET and experience with podcast set-up and configurations.
- Proven track record in working on similar projects.
- Great communication skills to handle any technical challenges that might pop up.
- Ability to create Native Android and IOS APPs, including membership, subscription and payment systems.
