Project Scope & Objectives
Platform: iOS and Android (cross-platform preferred)
Purpose: Allow users to browse and purchase artisan products and enable sellers to manage orders and communicate with buyers.
Goal: Deliver a stable, production-ready app with real-time features, secure login, and full e-commerce functionality.
