KMP Transformation of Kotlin Firebase App

I have an existing Kotlin project connected to Firebase, and I need it transformed into Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMP) to work cross-platform on both iOS and Android.

Requirements:
- Use Compose Multiplatform (CMP) for UI
- Ensure existing functionalities work on both platforms

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Kotlin and KMP
- Proficiency in Firebase integration
- Experience with CMP and cross-platform mobile development
- Knowledge of SwiftUI is a plus
