Job portal

I am looking for someone to develop a job portal that specifically focuses on contract jobs. It should feature multiple categories in order to accommodate a wide range of job seekers and professionals. Furthermore, I would like the portal to be open to all professionals, both recruiters and job seekers. The job portal should be user friendly and allow both users and recruiters to interact in a meaningful way.
