Job Search & Posting Site/App

I'm looking to create a comprehensive job searching and posting website as well as a mobile app. The platform is to be developed for both iOS and Android simultaneously.

Key Requirements:
- Creation of user profiles for both job seekers and employers.
- Implementation of a robust, secure system for the verification of both types of user profiles. This will primarily be through email verification, but with the potential for implementing additional methods in the future.
- Development of a system for posting jobs and searching through listings. It should be user-friendly and intuitive.
- Ensuring that all profiles and jobs are verified to enhance trust and security on the platform.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in both website and mobile app development, particularly for iOS and Android.
- Proven track record in creating secure user verification systems.
- Strong skills in UX/UI design to ensure a user-friendly interface.
- Understanding of job search and posting platforms would be a plus.
