Iptv/OTT Streaming, Vod App For Samsung Tizen

I want someone to create an iptv app for Samsung, similar to ibo player where a unique id is generated by our app and we add a playlist using that into their app. I want users to access live channels, movies, and series. Playlists can be added using m3u and xtream login.
This app also will have 7 days trial which later will be converted into 1 year or lifetime subscription. If users don’t pay within 7 days their trial will be ended and the app will stop working.
I will publish this app to the Samsung app store, from where users can download it. You must develop this app by following all Samsung app store guidance so they don’t reject it for any reason when I will list it to their app store.
