Ionic angular iphone/android app developer needed -- 2

we've got a simple redeem app (vouchercart redeem app) with authorisation and voucher qr code scanning which allows staff members who use vouchercart system ( web platform ) to redeem vouchers purchased via vouchercart.com platform.
We are looking for a developer to help me run it on linux/mac os x and build / i've got android studio on mac os x and build and publish to google play / app store. I just need a guide how to do it so we can do it on our own. We dont need you to write any new features currently to the app itself. Just need someone to help us build it again and generate APK.
The app is done in ionic cordova ( angular ) language . We need someone experienced ionic cordova angular developer.
It was not updated since 2021 and that' the problem . We lost keys to google play so we need to build and publish it again. The project is to make it available on google play and app store for iphones again and explain us build process and so we can have a docker which can build it anytime easily .
We use bitbucket for code, jira, slack.
I need someone who can speak good English, can join me on a call now and get it resolved within next 4 - 8 hours.
