Ionic Project IOS platform

I need assistance in setting up Cordova Local Notifications to subscribe to events when the app is in the background or closed or when phone is locked on IOS platform. Its only working when the app is in foreground.

I need someone to modify the Objective C++ of the plugin so as to subscribe to notification when app is in background.
